Oh, boy, so this story took awhile because it was longer and more annoying to edited. I edited this like four times, but I know there's still going to be mistakes, cause I need to go back to Part 1 of this story and fix only a few mistakes still >.>;
But yeah, I kind of let the ladies have this one because they need more attention
. But again, it was just a fun game of Cops and Robbers and the girls had the number advantage (do the mothers count?), and had a lot of luck on their side. Who never knew all the boys in the group were extremely ticklish. Poor Max and Ben... they got it the worse than anyone else.
Also I think I left two or three easters eggs in the story. Dcrisisbeta should know the first easter and the second easter egg is from a show from a famous episode that anyone should've seen or know, so read the words carefully and you'll see. I'll post the easter eggs later or on another time (if anyone reminds me...)

Very nice story, awesome detail on the tickle torture session of Ben and Max. And the trap the girls set for the boys when they tried to free Ban and Max was delicious, as was the girls slowly approaching and surrounding the captured boys wiggling their fingers preparing to "pass judgement. XD But my favorite part was the plot twist when the boys thought they were going to get rescued by their Moms, only for Heather aka Mrs.H, Iona and Mrs.K, specifically Heather first, to decide they deserve the punishment and to proceed to tickle torture them themselves. 
I didn't see that coming and I loved that ending.
I love how you wrote that scene and that Heather aka Mrs.H, Iona and Mrs.K did some baby talk and some "Cootchie Cootchie Coo" teasing while doing the tickling, since we know Mothers love to do that when tickling their kids. Speaking of which, I love that the tickle torture technique chosen by Heather aka Mrs.H on Cosmo was blowing a series of huge raspberries, since we all know that's the favorite tickle attack technique of Mothers around the world.
Heather is quckly becoming my favorite OC of yours. She seems to be the most playful and teasing of all the Moms, and she also seems to be the most skilled tickler of all your characters!
